Position: Assistant Manager Key Accounts

Overview: We are seeking applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Key Accounts” for “Marketing & Sales” Department. The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationship with key customers in various tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:

Growing business from existing BC customers by developing strong customer relationships.
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking proactive measures to address their issues.
Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for key customers

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in related field
Strong command on MS Office

Position: Warehouse Operation Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking applications for the post of “Warehouse Operations Coordinator”. The incumbent will be responsible to run the warehouse operational activities on the floor and ensure expected result as per agreed KPI.

Main Responsibilities:

Control all inbound & outbound daily activities of warehouse in coordination with Warehouse Manager/ Shift Incharge.
Ensure that the stock accuracy reported to Warehouse Manager is physically matched with the system.
Coordinate with inventory team on the cycle count plan.
Control in/out bound activities in terms of SOP and manpower.
Monitor operation and ensure all activities are finish on time.
Manage & control all return material and coordinate with customers for resolution.
Follow up/check daily cycle count after replenishment and count after putaway.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Position: Inventory Coordinator

Overview: The incumbent will be primarily required to handle the material management within SAP based warehouse management system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing the orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock level.
Preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates with the customer and warehousing functions
Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing, and unpacking.
