Position: Zonal Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise
- Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Chills, Shelf, Signage etc.
- Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels
- Effective Distribution Management and Handling for optimum outcome and desired results.
Skills and Competencies
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Good Leadership and Team Work Skills
- Proactive, Creative and must have thinking out of the box mindset
- Good command over MS Office (especially Excel and PPT)
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/BBA Honors or Equivalent Qualification
- 5 to 10 years experience of FMCG preferably bottling business
- Strong command over latest selling techniques
- Fully understands Sales KPIs and their monitoring for optimum outcome

- Age 30 to 35 Years
