Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Having 10-15 Years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 6 years in Management and Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing all HR functions for large-scale construction projects, with a demonstrated ability to drive HR strategies and initiatives effectively.
