Head of Compliance
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of, and familiarity with, the company’s business, its people, markets, facilities, customers and competitors.
- Clearly communicate and implement throughout the company a culture of compliance, including personal accountability at all levels.
- Assist in the management of the company’s Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Program and other relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Internal Audit, HR, IT, Legal etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation, and continually improve the process to encourage the management of issues for early, proactive resolution to mitigate greater risks.
- Together with Legal and Regulatory functions, serve as the company’s liaison with governmental regulatory agencies, during compliance audits and on-going investigations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Qualification: Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience
- Knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-trust, data privacy and trade control legislation.
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical).
