Position: Manager Asset Management
Job Purpose:
This position leads the strategic direction and planning of the utility’s asset management, ensuring optimized performance, sustainable operations, and alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in asset management and optimization within the power distribution sector.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- IAM / CAMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in asset management, strategy, and planning, ideally in power distribution or utilities, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful asset management strategies. Experience with asset management software and data analytics tools required.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle management & optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in asset management software, data analytics tools, and scenario planning techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the power distribution or utilities sector and its regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in asset management.
