Position Title: Assistant Manager (HR & IR)
Location: Plant (Renala Khurd, Okara)
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public / Business administration.
. LLB or Law Diploma is compulsory.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in an industrial environment managing industrial relations, CBA, and labour– related matters.
· Should be well-equipped and have experience in engaging with external stakeholders and different government agencies.
· Can manage and support legal documentation and contract reviews/drafting.
· Excellent people management skills and understanding of Labor Laws, Talent acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Policies.
· Having the experience to handle daily HR Operations.
· Ability to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
· Good command of Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
