Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase employer brand awareness and engagement.
· Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
· Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and identify opportunities.
· Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
· Create compelling employer brand content and campaigns across various channels.
· Engage with internal stakeholders to showcase our company culture and values.
