Job Summary:
Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments, and ensure project efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to sustainability required.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and implementation of solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
· Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during solar panel installation and maintenance projects.
· Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy projects, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solar energy solutions into existing infrastructure and building projects.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology, incorporating relevant innovations into project designs and methodologies.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols in all solar energy projects.
· Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate project updates and findings effectively.
· Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering their growth and development in the field of solar energy engineering.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 2 to 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a focus on solar panel installation and project management.
· Strong technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications for solar energy design and analysis.
· Commitment to sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.
· Any additional qualifications or certifications specific to solar energy engineering.
