𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Bachelors/Masters from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Overall 5-6 years’ experience with at least 1 year in managerial role
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ To Maintain the Fixed Assets of the Bank.
■ Handle Complete Process of Additions, Disposal/Retirements & Transfer/Relocations in System.
■ Maintenance of MIS of projects and balances parked in CWIP & Advances & Capitalization of completed projects.
■ Physical Verification and Tagging of Assets
■ Maintenance of all Types of MIS covering above aspects and Reconciliation with GL
■ Responding to queries raised by branches/offices
■ Preparation of Notes to Financial on Quarterly Basis
■ Preparation of Bank wide CAPEX Budget and Maintenance of Actual Vs Budgeted activity.
■ Handle Complete Process of FA Depreciation, Allocation and Reconciliation with GL.
■ Variance Analysis of CAPEX and Depreciation on Monthly Basis and Preparation of Reasons for Variance.
■ Preparation of Audit Data and coordination with External & Internal Audit
■ To Maintain the General Ledger of the Bank.
■ Handle End to End Process of Maintenance of Daily Bank Trial Balance & Reconciliation with Submodules
■ Recording of Payable & Manual Entries Received from Different Group in OGL
■ Extraction and Preparation of Daily Average Trial after posting of all entries in submodule and sharing with relevant stakeholders
■ Review of Daily Trial to check awkward movement in GLs & GLs with adverse balances.
■ Reporting of adverse balances GLs with relevant stakeholder and coordinate for resolution of the same.
