Designation: Accounts Payables Officer
Qualification: M.COM/MBA (Accounts & Finance)
Experience: 1-2 year’s (Fresher’s can also apply)
Location: Head Office, Multan.
Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory
· Responsible for preparing the reports on Inventories such as Aging, Consumptions, Capitalization, Budgeting and Variance Analysis
· To be involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records
· To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stocks on a regular basis
· To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stocks in the System
· To prepare monthly reports for the management use
· Conduct regular inventory reconciliations of assigned segment
