Position: Warehouse Shift Incharge
The incumbent will be required to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse during a designated shift. He will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing personnel, and ensuring that organizational goals are met within the assigned shift.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have sound knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Well versed with warehouse safety standards.
- Align the vehicles on basis of priority of orders.
- Close and complete correspondence with system operators to obtain information regarding inwards and dispatches.
- Delegation of responsibility to floor team.
- Assigning the tasks independently.
- Monitoring the productivity of shift.
- Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Evaluate the team’s performance and provide training where necessary.
- Communicate the status of task’s provided, periodically to line manager.
- At the end of shift provide detailed summary of operations and handing over of necessary document.
- Responsible to ensure all safety standards are being maintained by shift during operational hours.
- Reporting of hazards/incidents/near miss/accidents to line manager.
- Any other task assigned by line manager.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and ability of taking initiative.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office.

Position: Assistant Manager Business Development
We are seeking an incumbent who will be responsible to develop and execute business development in order to improve DHL’s attainment of business. Ensure detailed study and understanding of customers’ shipping requirements in order to provide highly customized services, encompassing logistics and distribution services, to specifically identified customers.

Major Expertise: Sales and business expertise of handling Air Freight portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with air freight customers.
- Timely customer complaint redressal and enquiry response.
- Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
- Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
- Responsible for delivery of high-quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products and services to potential customers.
- Actively plan, prepare and realize sales calls for better customer retention and new business acquisition.
- Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers.
- Conduct surveys and market intelligence gathering to assess, target the potential business prospects and review competitor behavior.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in field sales at freight forwarding.
- Broad understanding of trade lane specifics in the forwarding industry and deep knowledge of air freight and logistics business models.
- Master’s degree is preferred in relevant field.
- Capability to deliver presentations and highly effective in conducting sales negotiations.
- Must have proven sales record.
- Must have excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
