Job Title: Assistant Manager – DICT Solutions

Department: Govt. & Corporate Sales

Reporting to: Regional Director Corporate Sales Central

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

The person shall be responsible to manage, develop & enhance the Digital Information Communication Technologies (DICT) Solutions portfolio in central region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing new business, overseeing sales & pre-sales activities in DICT domain.
• DICT portfolio development in central region with thorough understanding of the tender documents and RFPs, customer requirements related to DICT, preparing technical and financial proposals in response to tenders & RFPs.
• Getting the quotations from OEM manufacturers and their distributors.
• Coordination with customers and corporate sales team for requirement gathering and consolidation of DICT equipment, services and software etc, & project delivery.
• DICT funnel management for regional opportunities and leads
• Engage channel partners when required to participate in bids, tenders and RFPs if a high level of technical participation is required during pre-bid meetings This individual will be required to lead RFP Projects / tenders of different nature and size.
• The individual will be a required to negotiate with channel partners, should have strong negotiation skills in order to deliver business objectives.
• Arranging trainings and certifications for sales, presales and post-sales teams in coordination with HQ counterpart(s)
• Manage Network related complaints including connectivity problems and monitoring network performance with tools if and when required
• Coordinate with relevant teams for FSA contracts with managed service partners
• Prepare & manage contracts in coordination with customer, legal and product teams

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering/ or any relevant domain
• Commercial knowledge will be an ad-on

Work Experience:

• 6-8 Years of overall experience in ICT Sector, System integrators and/or OEM vendors in DICT Sales and/or presales

Position: Senior Executive IT – BSS Planning

The incumbent will work on next generation Business Support System (OCS/CRM) to handle and mature core platform and Enterprise level applications & solutions.

Responsibilities

• To review the current technology stack and plan the timely integration of new technical layers in-line with business directions.
• To provide transparent and accurate project status along with different project phases (development, SIT, UAT, deployment, Go live, etc.) to management.
• To pro-actively assess & follow-up technical dependencies (Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, etc.) & resource issues.
• Responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, product design, and development of BSS applications.
• Responsible to assess the business value of new features and technologies.
• Responsible for following-up on third party readiness – process implementation, governance & alignment with different frameworks.
• Measure the effectiveness of current processes and practices, as well as responsible to identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Compliance Management

Job Purpose:

• To assist the Compliance function in developing compliance and control framework, to implement it and ensure that all departments must comply with the framework
• To improve capacity of business compliance management as per Group Level requirements. Oversee compliance mechanism to protect organizational identity and business interests while adhering with group and organizational guidelines along with relevant local laws & regulations
• Provide assistance by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Compliance activities and environment. To critically evaluate and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of company’s operations, specifically its internal control structure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing & implementing the compliance management system
• Assist in formulation & implementation of the annual compliance management plan.
• Lead and execute end to end compliance inspection projects from planning till report finalization
• Identifies, assesses and monitors compliance risks and escalate the significant noncompliance issues and concerns (if any)
• Establish the identification and early warning of compliance risks and provide responses against major compliance risks
• Organize or participate in the investigation of non-compliances/violations, and put forward suggestions on accountability and handling
• Establish and improve policies within the domain of compliance management including inspection, review, investigation and accountability policies.
• Assist in the implementation of anti-corruption, supervision & inspection activities and lead the construction of embedded integrity risk prevention and control mechanism
• Urge and promote the implementation of rectification measures. Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to rectify problems identified through compliance management activities
• Develop specialized training Content and organize compliance training of the unit and different activities to cultivate compliance culture
