Looking For “Assistant Manager Administration”
Education: Minimum Graduate, preferably MBA
Experience: 5 to 7 Years in Factory Environment.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Look after security related matter & maintenance of factory building.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Record keeping of all company vehicles on periodical basis.
- Record keeping of insurance policies of commercial and non-commercial vehicles.
- Supervise water tanker, mineral water, sewerage, KESC, PTCL, Water Board & other utility bills.
- Vendor management of admin department.
- Manage all housekeeping activity of the premises.
- Look after canteen operations.
- Dealing with labor & government agencies.
- Supervise all carpentry work, commentary work, plumber work, whitewash etc.
- Ensure OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Ensure implementation of EMS, FSMS and QMS.
- Administer employee card and visitor card.
- Supervise service and maintenance of photocopier, fax, Limton machines etc.
- Signing and management of gate passes and staff out pass.
