Position: Procurement Analyst
Education:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field or Bachelor’s degree in the areas mentioned above in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the master’s degree.Â
- CIPS level 3 or equivalent is mandatory, CIPS level above 3 is an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience at the national or international level in public sector procurement management.
- Experience of procurement services management is desirable.
- Experience of UN Rules and regulations is an asset.
- Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advanced knowledge of web-based management systems such as ERP.
- Experience in administration and/or project management is an asset.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in oral and written English is a requirement.
- Fluency in Urdu is an asset.
