WE’RE HIRING – FLOOR MANAGER
Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Store – Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
- Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
- Training of staff on a regular basis.
- Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
- From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
- Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a well – known Retail brand.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors.
- People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
