𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Unit Head CFT Desk

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Preferably Lahore/Karachi

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelors/BBA/Masters from HEC recognized university

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 09 years of banking experience with at least 04 years in senior role in Compliance especially AML/CFT Functions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Timely operation of function where immediate identification and blockage of specific person should be made under ATA.
Able to manage CFT unit and ensure compliance of targeted Financial Sanction’s Regime, Sanction’s screening activity, freezing / de-freezing actions under UNSC Sanction Regime & Anti-Terrorism Act 1997, global watch lists and instructions received from other law enforcement agencies (LEAs).
Able to ensure quality and coverage of STRs reporting in the areas of terrorism, TF, PF and TFS.
Responsible for ensuring compliance of laws, regulations, guidelines and recommendations (particularly FATF) regarding Combating the Financing of Terrorism & Proliferation (CFT) and UNSC Sanction Regime.
Able to develop IRAR as per SBP guidelines.
Enhance compliance and controls regime around CFT/CPF by designing and implementing necessary controls including implementation of REGTECHS with respect to Sanctions Screening.
Identify and inform of any changes to legislation and other regulatory requirements relating to AML/CTF
Ensure detailed and prompt investigation of all AML/CTF incidents and cases
Maintain a proper register of all incidents reported internally and externally

Good team player with the ability to work independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
