You‘ll make an impact by:

This individual will oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring that our proposals are compelling, on time, and meet the highest quality standards. The Executive Engineer – Bid & Proposals will ensure that our proposals meet the client requirements and maximize our chances of securing contracts.

Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to understand client requirements, expectations, and evaluation criteria.
Lead and coordinate the entire proposal development process, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for proposals.
Develop, write, or edit proposal content, ensuring it is clear, persuasive, and compliant with RFP requirements.
Lead proposal kickoff meetings and coordinate proposal efforts.
Conduct post-submission debriefs and analyze outcomes to enhance future proposals.
Develop and maintain proposal templates and databases.
Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process.

Your success is grounded in

Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical / mechanical engineering or similar career.
At least 6 -12 months experience in field of proposals management.
Exceptional task management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure proposals are error-free.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with proposal management software/tools is a plus.
