👷♀️ As an “Exchange Operator” your responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist callers, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Take messages and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a log of incoming calls and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
👨🎓 Qualification:
- Intermediate/Bachelors (FA/BA/B.Com)
- Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications. (Microsoft office)
