Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum Bachelors Degree

Experience Profile: Five Years

Job Description:

Offers MM, FX and derivatives solutions to clients according to their understanding and risk appetite.
Responsible for meeting sales target that includes both assigned volume target and profitability by selling treasury products. Negotiates competitive rates with customers while ensuring that profitability and volume growth targets are met
Contributes to the overall marketing and sales strategies for treasury products
Researches local market information and suggests strategies to enhance overall profitability. Explores new products/opportunities/balance sheet solutions to be offered to clients
Interacts with Corporate Banking and/or Retail clients for prospecting and marketing. Also educates them about new products
Covers/ squares all sales deals with the the relevant Interbank on a back to back basis
Reports traded volumes, P&L, pipeline deals and customer calls on a daily basis.
Ensures zero compliance violations; proper and full documentation. Conforms to internal and regulatory norms of the business.
Participates in performance review of the business during the year and strategy/ business planning.
Responsible for the daily business activities including, communicating rate sheets and other relevant Market info to branches and customers.

JOB PURPOSE:

This role is primarily responsible for actively marketing treasury products to clients and developing key relationships for treasury. The role provides treasury products including vanilla FX, Fixed Income and Derivative/ structured products to clients in line with the business strategy to maximize turnover and profit for the bank
