Responsibilities for this role include:
- Scheduling and controlling vendor payments in compliance with Financial SOPs.
- Assist team lead in managing periodic closing activities ensuring reporting deadlines.
- Preparation of financial and analytical reporting.
- Coordination with other departments/stakeholders in deriving relevant information for reporting and compliance.
- Assist team lead and budgeting team in preparation of annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with the tax department to handle tax-related matters efficiently.
- Assist team lead to ensure compliance with company financial policies and control procedures.
- Coordination with external auditors in annual audits.
