Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and issuance of goods in the warehouse.
Regularly conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock levels, and inventory adjustments.
Identify and address any damaged or faulty items and coordinate with suppliers or relevant parties for returns or replacements.
Enforce safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
Regularly inspect warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units.
Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as procurement, equipment etc. to facilitate smooth operations, resolve issues.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising and directing the warehouse team, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and other staff.
Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and periodic audits.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement.
Propose and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Participate in safety training and drills and encourage a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that warehouse equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
Assist in generating reports related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, operational performance, and other relevant metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to warehouse activities.
Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
Spearheading initiatives for digitization, leveraging SAP, and effectively coordinating budgetary aspects.
