Crown Group is looking for experienced profiles for the vacant position of “Assistant Manager – Taxation” for Crown Holding Limited, Located at Port Qasim, Karachi.
Jobs Responsibilities:
· Preparing Quarterly, Semiannually & Annual financials as per IFRS & Companies Act 2017.
· Preparing Annual Directors’ reports & ratio analysis.
· Conducting External Audit & facilitating external auditors.
· Submission of the Company’s Annual Income Tax Return.
· E-filling of monthly & annual Sales Tax Returns.
· Submission of monthly withholding SRB & PRA returns.
· Monitor deduction of withholding tax under various sections of ITO.
· Submission of quarterly withholding statement.
· Working on quarterly Advance Tax.
· Working for obtaining a semiannual exemption certificate on goods supply.
· Submission of Application for import addition, refund & Form 181.
· Reconciliation of Taxation & Financial Record.
· FBR, SRB Notices Reply. Compliance with the department regarding monitoring, audit & other matters.
· Dealing all corporate & SECP matters.
· SECP Notices Reply.
· Preparing Minutes of Meetings, Board Resolution, Transfer Deed, and Pattern of Shareholding.
· Preparing stock statements.
· Issuing Credit & Debit notes when required.
· Preparing tax certificates of employees.
· Facilitating dealers on taxation issues.
· Other Payable Matters.
Academic Qualification: Must be Bachelor/Master.
Professional Qualification: ACCA / ACMA / CMA (Intermediate).
Experience: At least 3-4 Years in the relevant field.

· Experience in import costing, and computation of all cost elements to calculate product cost.
· Manage, record, and reconcile Accounts Payable invoices, Ledgers , Bank Transactions
· Reconciliation of ledgers.
· Performing Landed Cost details in ERP along with other details.
· Maintaining the 2nd LC Control Sheet along with payment status
· Manage Records and Reconcile Account Receivable Ledgers & Invoices , Bank Transactions
· Receord the Daily Transactions in ERP
· Preparation of Receivable & Payable aging on daily Basis
Academic Qualification: Must be Bachelor/Master.
Professional Qualification: Partly Qualified ACCA / ACMA / CA.
Experience: At least 5-6 Years in the relevant field.
