Position: Team Leader Recovery
Location: Faisalabad
The Team Leader Recovery will be responsible for overseeing the collection efforts of accounts receivable balances and supervising the collections and cash applications from staff.
Qualification: Graduate/ Masters
Age: Up to 40 Years
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accounts information to internal departments.
- Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers.
- Prepares documentation necessary to create the Credit or Debit Memo necessary to true up a customer account.
- Dispatching & Verification of Invoices.
- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing.
- Coordination with sales team regarding new CRF.
- Achievement of assign targets.
