Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for:
Title: Database Intern (Investments)
Department: Retail Operations, Investments & Actuarial
Section: Investments
Location: Karachi
Education: BBA / BS Graduates or Final Year Graduate Students from a Reputable University/Institute.
Experience: Fresh graduates will be preferred
Internship Duration: 12 Weeks paid internship
Nature of Job: Mostly Work From Home (roughly 1 day per week reporting at the office)
Resource Requirement: The candidate should have an available PC/Laptop and Internet
Skill Requirement: Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support with data entry and management of database.
- Ensuring proper formatting, security, and accuracy of data, and maintaining data integrity and quality control.
- Coordinating and following up with various external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support including email communication, scanning, printing, filing of documents etc.
- Preparation of various reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- BBA / BS Graduates or Final Year Graduate Students.
- The candidate should have their own PC/Laptop and personal Internet.
