Netkom Technologies is looking for Assistant Manager Taxation

To ensure compliance with all the tax laws applicable to the Company. Supervise the tax team and keep close coordination with the Tax Consultants and the Tax Authorities. Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving the culture of tax compliance by coordinating with the concerned departments within the Company. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

CA-Inter /CMA / MBA(Finance) or Equivalent
Major in Finance & Taxation + Working experience in Tax

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably of an Ltd Company or CA Firm.

Responsible for a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a prescribed timeframe.
Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing and providing solutions to complex tax matters.
Preparation and Submission of Statutory IT and ST Statements/Returns.
Compliance with notices issued by FBR or other regulatory authorities.
Calculations and Payments of IT and ST withholding at source.
Monitoring and supervision of the tax and payable team and ensuring proper compliance.
Monitoring the recording of the tax balances in the Ledgers and prepare reconciliations.
To maintain close coordination with the Tax consultants and the Tax Authorities.
To maintain close coordination with the management, brief about the ongoing proceedings and risks.
To keep updated with the tax laws and adopt the changes immediately to avoid any non-compliance.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-years of working experience as accounts and/or admin officer
A good command over written and verbal communication in English language.
Good skills on Microsoft Office Suites
Able to work independently or in a team with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, work under pressure and produce quality results on time with attention to details.
Candidate should be B-Com or equivalent and have full command in Excel
