Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR)

Responsibilities:
- Assist and manage payroll process
- Update databases and documentation related to employee records
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including on boarding & orientation
- Coordinate and assist in training activities
- Manage day-to-day admin related matters
- Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan
