“Purchase Officer” (Garments Division)
Interested candidates fulfilling’s the following criteria may apply:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience of Local Purchase
Skills Required:
- Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills: Target oriented
- Functional knowledge: Good judgment and analytical ability
- Quality: Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordination with suppliers & vendors
- Preparation of the purchase order and its tracking
- Maintenance of the records and report preparation
- Payment and invoice handling
- Coordination with the other departments
- Knowledge of market trending & comparison
- Visiting the local market & acquiring quotations
