Position: Officer (Microbiologist)
Qualifications & Experience: 4- Experience BS. in (Microbiology) and a degree in Veterinarian Medicine, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the food industry)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring healthy and quality animals are received are we as per purchase order specifications. Further responsibilities include reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Ensuring Product Quality assurance , product quality control , products /utilities testing in lab were performed timely and ensuring good hygiene practices (GHP’s) at plant. Planning, for? conducting and monitoring, testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Overseeing laboratory standards and administering or conducting lab tests. Implementing new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing; monitoring progress.

Position: Officer Compliance/QA
Qualifications & Experience: BS (Food Safety / Food Technology), with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in food industry or FMCG.

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing , and maintaining a quality plan to bring company’s Quality Management Systems and Policies into compliance with various ISO standards and time to time tasks assigned by management.
Preparation & up-dation of required SOPs, fonns, formats, work Instnactions and other documents as per standard requirements. Standards may include but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal PS 3733 and Halal MS1500.
Coordinate & liaison with all concerned departments at pleat site for developing departmental procedures related to standard requirements.
Verification & validation of prepared SOP & processes at defined interval & update the existing SOPs & formats accordingly.
Prepare daily compliance observation report and share with all concerned for compliance. Monitoring & execution of the pest management activities.

Position: Veterinary Doctor (Officer)
Qualifications 4- Experience: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicines), with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Meat industry or FMCG.

Responsibilities

Ante Mortem

Inspection of live animals (Sheep, Goat, Cattle & Buffalo) at the time of receiving.
Selection & rejection of animals as per BMI (Body Mass Index).
Manage lairage area i.e. (Feeding, Watering & Health Status,)
Maintain Ante Martens & other related reports on daily basis for compliance purpose and share with all stake holder’s.
Ensure traceability of animals that all animals are properly tagged, maintain log sheet and reports. :;‘,. Decide for emergency slaughter as and when required.

Post Mortem

Detail inspection Beef & Mutton (Head, Visceral Organs & Carcass Examination).
Maintain Post Mortem & other related reports on daily basis for compliance purpose and share with all stake holder’s.
As a member of HACCP, Safety and HALAL team, participate fully in the process and make sure proper procedures are implemented in system.
