We are urgently looking for a motivated “Business Development Officer (BDO)” to implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals in our fresh dairy business in Karachi.

The incumbent at this position will be required to perform following responsibilities:

Recruit new customers for home delivery business
Develop and deliver pitches for potential customers
Explore untapped areas and build clienteles
Monitor and track service quality for newly recruited customers

Required Education and Key Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales
2+ years’ experience working in a business development role, preferably in FMCG or Dairy Industry
Should have excellent verbal communication with basic English skills
Should be presentable and well-groomed – you must leave a positive first impression!
The ability to travel daily within Karachi and develop new customers in existing and new areas.

We are looking for a “Digital Marketing Specialist” to be based in HO located in Korangi.

Job responsibilities:

Work with the brand team & digital agency for social media content
Develop, implement & manage social media strategy
Create and implement innovative digital marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Define KPIs to measure success of social media campaign
Manage Social Media calendar
Monthly reporting of social media campaigns
Track and analyze the performance data to recommend future strategies & manage monthly reporting of social media campaigns

Required Education and Key Skills:

MBA in Marketing with at least 2-4 years of experience in the social media marketing, preferably in FMCG or Dairy Industry
Exceptional knowledge of Pakistani digital landscape, Social Media platforms & their associated tools including paid ads
Excellent English communication skills
Hands-on with digital media spend planning & SEO analysis
Expertise in devising and analyzing KPIs of social media campaigns
Must be task oriented multi-tasker with problem solving capability
