Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Job Information:

Execution of all Customer Services & Logistics (CSL) operations in the network towns as per company policy and guidelines
Maintenance of high level of system integrity through accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and provide all kinds of IT support
Execution of daily targets, depositing cash and cheques as per FI guidelines, updating DOC, generating stock position reports and raising the stock transfer orders
Responsible for IRA and inventory replenishment being the custodian of inventory
Ensure SOPs compliance and coordinate with parent branch for accurate ordering
Work closely with CSL officers to timely identify remnants, expiry and close expiry SKU’s and communicate with related stakeholders
