Business Support Executive (2 Posts) required at Muller & Phipps Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd for Karachi Office. Candidates must be min Graduates with excellent Excel Analysis skills.
Job Brief:· To provide summarized daily, weekly, and monthly Business reports to COO
- To maintain a database of Business Activities
- To provide Performance reports of Business Units to respective Business Heads on Monthly Basis
- Coordination with all functions for routine tasks and development & planning related assignments
- Preparation of Performance Dashboards on Business Intelligence Tools
- Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports as needed
- Provide support to All Functions with Projects and Tasks when required
- Act as the Key point of contact for other departments on Business Planning
- Analyze business Processes and procedures to identify areas of weakness and offer solutions to bring improvements
- Documenting all data and findings thoroughly and presenting the findings to management
