Title: Actuarial Trainee
Department: Retail Operations, Investment & Actuarial
Section: Actuary
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Actuarial Science and Risk Management , Math and Economics)
Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience/Fresh graduates with good academic record. Cleared 1-2 Actuarial professional exams or planning to attend.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data validations for valuation purposes.
- Assist in monthly reserving (including calculation of Solvency Capital Requirements).
- Assist in assessing IBNR adequacy.
- SECP and SBP disclosures.
- Provide required data to credit rating agencies.
- Business projections including solvency projections.
- Preparation of Group Life Reinsurance Accounts
- Preparation of special illustrations, endorsements and illustration programs (Individual Life).
