We require Cluster Manager (Retail Fuel) for our Fuel Business in Sindh Region.
The role encapsulates leading multiple business area management – retail outlets scope covering entire province of Sindh and provide strategic & tactical level support to the retail management in assuring optimal business development & sales, retail services and operational excellence standards at the retail network scope.
An ideal candidate must have diversified expertise on:
- Retail Services
- Sales Development
- Retail Operations
- New Developments & Network Expansions
- Team Leadership & Development
Education: Preferably MBA, minimum Graduate
Experience: 8 Years – 10 Years overall retail sales & business development experience with minimum 5 years of progressive experience in driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Retail Sales, Operations and Customer Services at Zonal level scope.

- Team Leadership & Development
Education: Preferably MBA, minimum Graduate
Experience: 07-10 years of core experience in Bulk Sales and Business Development with minimum 05 years of experience in driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Bulk/Institutional Sales, and Key Accounts handling at Area level.
