Dalda Foods is hiring suitable candidate for position of TO-Technical Stores for its seed crushing plant located at Port Qasim area.
Ideal candidate must possess BE Chemical Engineering with 1-2 years of Supply chain and store management Including Finish & Engineering store.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning delivery timetables in co-ordination with sourcing/buying
- Making GRIR’s after receiving of goods and record keeping.
- Making P. R’s for requirement of Engineering, electrical, process & project related materials, record keeping
- Managing finish product and byproduct.
- Timely information flow for consumable items like Diesel, Coal, Hexane etc and arrangements to receive.
- Receiving Seed Consignment from Terminal on safe stock time period, co-ordinate with Planning department during seed receiving activity and keeping record on seed receiving sheet and circulate to planning and Production store. (For SAP Transfer).
- Monthly Stock check monitoring and ensure no difference in stock between book stock and actual stock (all around the factory).
