We are looking for “Assistant Manager Legal”
Responsibilities:
- Review strategize and liaison with external counsels to handle company litigation.
- Draft, review and modify corporate documents, contractual instruments, MOUs, Tender/RFPs/ITBs, and other legal documents.
- Review and amend contracts with current and potential clients, customers, vendors, service providers etc.
- Conducting extensive research and rendering opinions concerning existing and new business ventures.
- Ability to conduct extensive legal research and formulate legal opinions.
Requirements:
- LLB or preferably LLM.
- PQE 3-4 years.
- Expertise in management of corporate and litigation matters.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Good Drafting & Analytical skills.
- Lahore based position
