EY Ford Rhodes Jobs Assistant Manager: EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for an Assistant Manager in People’s Advisory Services. This is a Lahore based role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR (Masters is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in conducting / coordinating managing Salary / Remuneration Survey’s;
- Knowledge of Developing HR strategy, Talent management and Benefits administration;
- Drafting / updating HR policies and procedures;
- Knowledge of designing pay-bands, revamping Organizational Structures for better alignment and achieving synergy;
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Training & Development;
- Knowledge of employee recruitment / on-boarding and off-boarding, grievance management;
