Faysal Bank Ltd Jobs IT Business Planning Manager: Hiring IT – Business Planning Manager for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Duties:
- Consolidate information, synchronize & formulate reports for various Management Committees with a focus on accuracy, consistency & clarity.
- Organize & schedule Technology Work Group, IT Steering Committee and Board IT Committee meetings in coordination with IT Management.
- Collect data & formulate MIS reports, presentations for IT Committee Board meetings.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes for IT Steering Committee & Board IT Committee meetings as per defined TAT.
- Accumulate statistics from IT Sections & prepare Directors’ report from Technology perspective on quarterly basis.
- Gather Business & Technology associated projects & budget details for tracking & upholding the database.
- Gather IT Financial data & track IT OPEX and CAPEX Budgets and reporting to Management.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA
- Overall 5+ years of IT reporting experience (preferably banking).
- Proven strong communication & influencing skills with communicating experience at all levels within an organisation.
- Proficient in MS office.
