M&P Express Logistics Jobs System Support Engineers: System Support Engineers (Karachi & Lahore) required at M&P Express Logistics.
Job Role: This position is responsible for providing system support to the M-Raabta system. Incumbent must be well aware of the Retail network software’sand should have first hand experience in providing COD Business Support.
- Responsible for new COD Account portal
- Coordinate with Sales& Customer Services for training on COD Portal and on API
- Visit COD Customers with Sales and Operations to gather technical requirements and provide onsite COD Support
- Suggest improvements in M-Raabta COD Reports
Portal Training to customers, local teams and Operations staff - Coordinate with Sales team and customers to get day to day feedback on portal performance /enhancement
Identify system bugs and provide timely solution after coordinating with IT and discussion with Business - Gather and analyze new requirements and coordinate with IT HO team
- Maintain and prepare documentation
