Qualification: Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality field is recommended
Experience: 7 – 8 years in relevant field

Job Roles:
- Expert in Continental, Chinese, Thai and Pakistani cuisine.
- Overseeing all the culinary activities of the restaurant.
- Overseeing all activity in the kitchen.
- Training personnel and planning menus.
- Overseeing product purchasing and managing culinary budget.
- Developing recipes and portion specifications in accordance with consumer tastes.
- Assisting Operation Managers as requested in areas such as plate presentation, menu planning for special occasions and the design of new service areas.
- Designing and implementing kitchen SOPs.
