EY Ford Rhodes Jobs Assistant Manager Corporate Tax: EY Ford Rhodes is hiring for Assistant Manager – Corporate Tax (Karachi). The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking research and analysis of corporate and other laws (such as Corporate Governance, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Labor Laws, Prudential Regulations etc.) so as to assist and advise clients over corporate and other related matters. This job also involves extensive report and opinion writing.
Responsibilities
• Managing and advising portfolio of clients in relation to corporate compliance and governance
• Drafting advisory reports
• Developing relationships with clients through calls and meetings
• Developing relationships with regulators including SECP, SBP etc.
Requirements
• 4 to 5 years of corporate law experience
• Education: CA or LLB
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Networks with corporate law authorities
• Research and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative.
