Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- To maintain the record of orders collection from the dealers.
- To liaise with production for manufacturing of given orders.
- To coordinate with Warehouse and logistics department for timely dispatches of orders.
- To coordinate with Customer Relationship Executive regarding new arrivals.
- Preparation of sales orders as per demand.
- Coordinate with sales and production team regarding daily production as per plan.
- To get feedback from the dealers about working and attitude of CCC staff and report the HOD accordingly.
