Jubileelife Insurance is looking for an Executive secretary for its Group Head in Karachi. The incumbent must be an energetic person and an initiator who can learn new things and take the responsibility of the work.

Job Description:

Maintain the Calendar of the Group Head and schedule appointments.
Coordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and ensure timely completion of the documents.
Maintain all the required MIS on monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensure travel arrangements in coordination with the travel desk.

We Require :

At least Graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working Knowledge of Excel
Must be very good with coordination and follow-ups.
