JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

Develop and implement IT presales strategies aligned with business goals
Lead and manage the IT pre-sales team, ensure efficient solutions and create proposals
Work with sales team to qualify customer requirements and design IT solutions to meet their requirements
Analyze customer IT infrastructure and propose appropriate solutions covering areas such as Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Centers, Software Solutions, and Enterprise IT
Conduct technical workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and product demonstrations for customers
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals, inline with customer expectations
Maintain a repository of technical documentation, case studies, and best practices for engagements
Assist in pricing and cost estimates for IT solutions
