Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper documentation Filing, Processing and activation of utility connections.
  • Coordination with relevant authorities for rental property payments & property tax related matters.
  • Responsible to maintain & follow-up Vendor Payments.
  • Verify & process Projects Invoices as per BOQs.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for issuance of Purchase orders.
  • Follow-up with MIS/ Finance Team for on time payments.
  • Regular up keeping & maintenance of facilities including offices, MSCs & business centers etc.
  • Regular up keeping & maintenance of furniture and fixtures of all Warid facilities within the region or designated locations.
  • Prepare monthly demand of office supplies. Grocery, Crockery, Janitorial & Stationary.
  • Process admin invoices & keep proper tracking by maintain tracking sheet
  • Arrangement of lunch/refreshment in board meetings & any other departments requirements
  • Resolve employees queries/demands through ARMS
  • Conference & meeting Room Reservations.
  • Handling courier services incoming & outgoing mail record and facilitate employees.
  • Handling courier invoices verification and submission for payment processing.

  • Ensure assigned tasks/projects are completed in time.
  • Ensure quality of assigned tasks while maintaining quantitative aspect.
  • Ensure documentation compliance as per approved policies & procedures.
