The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum BSc in IT/Computer Science from a reputable University.
Preferred additional certifications: CCNA, MCP, or MCSE.
Minimum 5 years of experience of user help desk support, MS-Exchange server email administration (for managerial post).
Experience in LAN/Intranet/WAN operations and DC center operations.
Proficiency in oracle financial systems.
