|Your typical day at work:||Provide performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
Target Assignment and tracking on an agreed frequency.
Business Forecasting/retailer segmentation/ strategy of addition for new sites
Ensure that sales team meets / exceeds Business KPIs and distribution KPI’s
Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting the regional team to solution to over come those challenges
Planning/designing of campaigns at regional level helping to get desired business uptake and post campaign evulation to measure the efficiency
Location Intelligence tool utlization for business planning
Delivering Network Site planning and visibility for stake holders regarding roll out
Validation of Business partners and own staff commissions and issue resolution
Visibility to stake holders on business partners Return on investment and business working capital/Float
Custodian of Data in region, data archiving, and management
GSM and FS Credit Planning/Management
New Franchise Induction Planning, developing Business Cases and making the recommendations based on the findings
Assist and work with other Business Units/teams in ensuring that all regional deliverable and planned and executed effectively and accurately.
Based on data analysis highlight areas of improvement and offer solutions to resolve issues both in day to day work and also keep a view on the overall picture.
Plans for franchises designed to effectively promote products / service
Regular market visit/insight for business improvement
Regular analysis of channel ROI, Commissions and investments
