Specialist Sales Planning / Operations – Mobilink GSM – Lahore

Hold at least a Master degree in Sales/Marketing
3 Years(Possess relevant work experience of 1-2 years Overall work experience 3-4 years)
Perform & handle projects, initiatives & deliverables as assigned from time to time by the Manager Sales Planning & Operations.
Design and conduct trainings programs of ES team;
Facilitate Telephone Account Managers (TAM) nationwide by providing them the required data;
Analyze and report the performance of TAMs on daily, weekly, monthly basis;
Calculate the incentive/commission of TAMs as per their respective KPIs;
Coordinate and follow up with other teams (internal/external) regarding essential day to day activities;
Apply techniques and knowledge to enhance revenue and reduce churn
– Should be proficient in operating MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
– Should be familiar with sales planning techniques and skills
– Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
– Should be self-motivated and flexible and possess exceptional leadership skills
– Should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
