The ideal candidate should
Have a Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration (Specialization in HR will be an advantage)
Have 2-5 years of HR experience (Experience in recruitment and compensation will be an advantage)

Main Responsibilities
Manage nationwide recruitment operations in close liaison with line managers, HR business partners and vendors to ensure recruitment KPIs are met on a monthly basis1
Process sourcing requests to ensure vacancies are timely announced on all relevant channels
Evaluate the performance of all sourcing channels and make recommendations to have the best mix
Effectively plan and execute employer branding campaigns on all platforms; come up with creative ideas to promote Mobilink as a preferred employer
Manage Mobilink’s social media footprint ‘Mobilink Careers’ and work with the agency to meet monthly SLAs
Manage Mobilink’s Internship Program within agreed timelines
Develop and maintain good working relations with academia to ensure effective implementation of branding strategy
Review related processes and controls on a regular basis and make recommendations for more efficient operations
Play an active role in the annual compensation reviews for both the regular and contractual workforce
Be part of the annual salary survey meetings and draw necessary analysis for effective decision making on the compensation front
Review and analyze the rewards structure of the company in comparison to the market and make recommendations for improvement
