Have a MS/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science degree
Have at least 3 years of work experience in a Data Mining/Statistician Analyst role with a proven track record of leveraging data analysis to drive significant business impact.
The candidate will contribute towards a better every day by:
Expertizing data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining
Expertizing in predictive modeling techniques such as multivariate regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering and time series analysis and be ready to apply these to analyze operational, user behavior, and network data.
Developing complex data queries, and rigorous analytical and quantitative models and procedures.
Performing segmentation (Behavioral, usage, lifetime etc.) of subscribers
Working on subscriber affinity models helping to determine the next best offers to be launched mostly through BTL medium.
Implementing Micro-segmentation strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs
Promoting the utilization of Micro-segmentation as a strategic tool for retention and ARPU enhancement.
Should be Proficient in SQL, Probability & Statistics, Data Mining and Databases
Should be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
Should secure excellent communication (written and oral) skills
Should be experienced with at least one statistical analysis tools such as SAS Enterprise Miner, KXEN, SPSS Clementine, R, Weka, etc
Should have familiarity with the telecommunications business
