Assistant Manager Corporate Communications – (Head Office – Lahore).

Education & Experience: MBA/Masters in Mass Communication or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Corporate Communication Professional.
i. Designing templates/standardizing all external and internal communication.
ii. Responsible for the development and implementation of the internal employee recognition program/tools to boost employee morale & motivation as well as internal engagement campaigns.
iii. Develop, implement & and measure communication programs to ensure all employees understand the corporate strategy, values and their role in achieving corporate goals and objectives.
iv. Assist Business Heads in designing external/internal communications for respective business units.
v. Ensure consistent communication of The Group desired image and position in all internal communication. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all internal communications, pieces/publications.
